Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 1/2 of your total lodging fee less taxes or a minimum of one night's lodging fee.

A full refund less our $30 processing fee will be given if your cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  A cancellation made within 14 days of your reservation will be refunded less our processing fee IF we are able to rebook the room/rooms.   *Does not apply to Sturgis Motorcycle Rally reservations.  Contact us for Rally cancellation policy.  605-578-2125 or normarke@me.com.

Full gourmet style breakfast served in the Scandinavian tradition with each night's lodging.

We observe the Scandinavian custom of removing shoes at the front entrance.  We provide slippers or you can bring your own or wear socks.

Our accommodations are suitable for well behaved children 12 and over and adults.

No pets

No smoking except outdoors.
